All was really good.

All was really good. Location, staff, room. Value for money. Did let me check in way earlier than 2 pm.

Was a bit loud but being directly on Khao San road it’s expected.

Great location. Close to the sightseeing. Very lively street full of backpackers. We enjoyed it.

Staff was great! They let us check in at 8:00 am. Our bathroom lock got stuck on our last day. They fixed it and after we came back in the afternoon they still let us have a shower.

There was a little noise from the street. However you could expect that.

location in centre of Khaosan Road. stay here every time I arrive in Thailand for the first couple of days. It is clean, cheap and cheerful.

it is noisy from bar and club music until very late at night so if you want peace and quiet don’t stay there!

Everything else was great!

There were big space between the balcony door and floor, so if I threw food waste to the bin huge cockroaches came in after 10 min! Despite everyday cleaning, it's still dusty.

Great spot in Khao San road!

The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproof so the Khao San road madness didn't interrupt my sleep

It was a bit pricey for one night but then again, it was an unexpected emergency booking so it was good all in all.

I Checked in at 12:00.

I Checked in at 12:00. Official check in at 14:00. Location is very good. My room was on opposite side of the Kaosan that is why was quiet and not loud music.

Dirty towels in bathroom. Water drain hole in the bathroom was plugged with hair. It looks like housekeeping was done very fast and careless. No water in the fridge.

Clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. Complementary water was always accessible. The pressure in the shower was great. Location was brilliant and staff were very helpful. When checking out there was also a storage facility to keep my bag in for the day so I did not have to carry it around Bangkok.

Simple decor issues for example a few cracks in the walls. Also there was a lamp next to my bed but no plug rendering the lamp useless, the light switch next to the bed corresponded with a light on the other side of the room.

Location wise as it is in the middle and can access easily everything.

Not really welcoming staff. Seems doesn't matter for them. Washroom was very small. Very difficult to take a shower in it. TV only Thai and Chinese channel.

What a disappointment....

Location, that's it.

I've stayed at this hotel in 2014 and I found it pretty good. Well located, but not noisy at all (nowadays it's a bit noisy but that's not too bad considering you are on Khaosan road), it was fairly cheap and the rooms were pretty decent and spacious. Now, a few years later I've noticed that the rooms haven't been taken care of at all!!! I stayed in 2 different rooms, a triple and a double. The triple was TERRIBLE! Super dirty, full of spider web everywhere, literally. My 2 friends slept on the same bed, because the window was packed with webs and the other bed was right under it. I felt like the room haven't been used in like 6 months and no one has cleaned it ever since. The bathroom was tiny, the drain was 100% blocked so when taking a shower it would look like a pool. No mirror in the bathroom. The walls were cracked and with mold. The furniture ruined. The double room was slightly better but also in need for renovation and better cleaning. There used to be a nice reception and lobby. Now it doesn't exist anymore, instead there are many local stores and the reception is now tiny, just in the corridor. I guess they changed owners and the new one is too greedy and only thinks about making money without providing any service. Would not recommend and would never stay there again!!!

Bangkok was awesome as per usual but the hotel was simply awful.

I liked checking out.

Honestly it was just an awful experience. Our room was filthy. Hairs everywhere. Floor and bathroom were genuinely disgusting. Rats scratching our ceiling all night. I could have handled it if I was staying alone but I was traveling with my wife and kids. The pictures on the hotels website of our room show a very clean and nice room but in reality it was the complete opposite.

Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location!

Very central to Khao San Road so lots of shops, bars, restaurants. Very spacious family room. Breakfast available over the road...

Hotel staff found it difficult to converse in English. Not as cooperative and helpful with where to go, how to get there, opening times of places, what to do, etc
